Перед вами реплика автопортрета художницы Пэйдж Брэдли, сидящей в позе лотоса, которая часто ассоциируется с гармонией, единением с миром. Тело женщины то ли расколото, то ли испещрено шрамами. Как же гармония соотносится с этими «ранами»?

Стоит немного подождать, и с приходом сумерек можно будет разглядеть свет, который скрыт внутри женщины и вырывается наружу яркими лучами. Давая выход этому свету она экпансирует, расширяется. Автор демонстрирует нам, что тело, как рамка, обозначенная природой и социальные рамки, которые предлагает общество — вовсе не детерминированы.

Автор уверена, что у каждого человека есть подобный свет внутри. Надо только не стесняться и не бояться дать ему выход: «С того момента, как мы рождаемся, мир готовит для нас контейнер, чтобы поместить нас в него. Сможем ли мы по-прежнему так существовать?».

Для Винного парка эта скульптура очень символична. Она поддерживает нашу веру в мощный потенциал, который скрывается внутри идей, людей и проектов, нужно лишь найти верную точку его применения и открыть дорогу свету внутри. В России действительно много очень качественного вина, фермерской гастрономии и огромный винодельческий потенциал, который так важно открывать для широкой аудитории.

Self-portrait of Page Bradley, sitting in a lotus position, as a symbol of harmony, unity with the world. The woman's body seems to split from the inside with beams of light. How does the harmony relate to these "wounds"?

First, the sculpture was made of wax, split into several parts, then these parts were cast in bronze and mounted on a luminous pedestal. The sculpture looks especially beautiful in the dark. In twilight it will be possible to discern the light that is hidden inside the woman and breaks through her with bright rays. Giving exit to this light, she expands.

The author demonstrates to us that the body as a frame designated by nature and the social framework that society offers are not determined at all. The composition personifies the inner light of all creative people, calls to go beyond the ordinary, the mortality of the earth, gain freedom and show the world your inner self.

The author is sure that all of us have this light inside. We only shouldn't be shy or afraid to let it go. «Since birth the world prepares a container to put us inside. Will we be able to live like this?»

This sculpture is very symbolic for the Wine Park. It is an opportunity to show the faith in powerful potential which is hidden inside of ideas, people and projects, we just need to find the right point of application and open the road to the light inside. There are a lot of high-quality wine in Russia and a huge winemaking potential, which is time to open to a mass audience.
